SPECIFICATION

Door Leaf: 40mm, 75mm, 100mm and 140mm PIR core depending on the temperature application finished both sides with white food safe polyester or food safe PVC laminate coated galvanised sheet steel, capped with anodised aluminium channel extrusion.

Frame: 175mm wide x 35mm thick anodised aluminium extrusion with removable heater cover depending on the temperature application(to suit light & medium Fermod systems)
220mm wide x 35mm thick anodised aluminium extrusion with removable heater cover depending on the temperature application(heavy duty Fermod system)

Frame can be supplied with or without 35mm counter bore holes in frame with black plastic caps to suit hidden fixings

Tracks: A full range of Fermod series 2000 and 3000 track’s incorporating standard internal and external handles, gasket and floor guides.

Options: A full range of Fermod automatic conversion kits to suit relevant track systems (frame head increases to 220mm).

Vision panels: Anodised aluminium frame with thermal break, UPVC frame ( All can be provided with single or double polycarbonate or safety glass applications)

Heated vision panels can be supplied to your specification

Options:

• Timber clad in any HP200 or HPS200 colour finish
• Stainless steel (matt, polished or Sullivan circle)
• Aluminium frame painted in any RAL or BS Colour
• Galvanised
• Glass board or similar GRP or UPVC
